Family Glamping Trip in the Tennessee Mountains
Join us for a weekend getaway to the Tennesse Mountains. We will be glamping at the most beautiful venue near the Pisgah National Forest.
Glamping Trip Details
When: March 15 - 17, 2024
Who: Families interested in the beautiful outdoors, who want to camp, but with a little luxury and are open to meeting new like minded families! *Please note that space is limited because there are only 6 accommodations available, however if you would like to share a lodge with another family you can.
What: A fun filled glamping adventure in the Tennessee Mountains. We will hike, relax, play games and enjoy the outdoors together.
You will also receive a professional family photo during the trip.
Cost: $415 - $600 (includes a 2 night stay in the accommodation you choose for your family, professional photography, 3 meals including 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch, and 1 group hike at a nearby state park).

Cancellation & refund policy
If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of booking, I will provide you with a 100% refund. After that, there will be NO refunds for cancellations, regardless of the circumstance.
However, if unforeseen circumstances do arise on my end and I need to cancel the trip, I will either refund you or reschedule the trip for later in 2024.
Glamping Trip Itinerary
Day 1 (March 15): Arrival at Glamping Retro in Erwin, TN. 2PM -7PM, dinner on your own (I suggest grabbing dinner before you arrive or bringing food to make in your lodge - each unit has a kitchenette), welcome campfire + s’mores (this will be provided)
Day 2 (March 16): Breakfast, morning hike, lunch, down time on your own, Sunset at the Beauty Spot - offers 360 views of the TN/NC Mountains (optional), game night + potluck dinner
Day 3 (March 17): Breakfast, Checkout by 12PM
Accommodations & Transportation
We will be staying at Glamping Retro. This accommodation borders the Tennessee/ North Carolina line. Glamping Retro is a luxury camping venue that your family will be sure to love!
Each family will have their own lodge throughout the trip. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the property and to the nearby state park.
